Unused rides keep their value.
We built our package system so prepaid rides stay valuable to you. If you buy a multi-ride package and don't use every ride, the unused rides remain available — and their value can be applied toward a future qualifying package.
How it works — example
Say a 5-ride package is purchased and only 3 rides are used. The 2 unused rides remain. If an unused one-way ride has a value of $45, that value can be applied to a future qualifying package.
2 unused rides × $45 = $90 credit
Next qualifying round-trip package = $265
$265 − $90 credit = $175 remaining
This example explains the system only. Actual package prices and ride values are set when pricing is finalized — no price is shown until then.
Wait Time
The first 15 minutes after your driver arrives are included. After that, additional wait time is $15 per 15 minutes.
Long-Distance Ride — Request a Quote
Longer trips throughout Florida — toward Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando, Miami or Fort Lauderdale — aren't forced into ordinary local pricing. Send us the details and we'll provide a quote.
